Do you like to drink yogurt? It’s very good for your health. Now let me tell you how to make yogurt by yourself. First, heat milk and boil it for one minute. Then let it cool to about 37°C . Next, add just a little yogurt as a starter. Mix them and pour into a thermos and cover loosely. Leave in a warm place overnight. Next morning, your yogurt is ready!
